The primary role of the National Operations Centre (NOC) is to coordinate and facilitate the safe and optimal usage of all AMS aircraft and resources. The NOC functions as a 24hour entry point into AMS.

The NOC is able to provide advice, quotations; co-ordinate emergency flights, flight follow the aircrew, and facilitate communications between Provincial Health Department, private emergency service providers, hospitals, pilots, air traffic controls and other role players.
