Oversight of the Training requirements for AMS ensuring a standardised, structured and objective approach to all training which should be as cost effective as possible. Training can be divided into specialised, skilled areas covering aviation, both fixed wing and helicopters, with ensuring regulatory compliance and ongoing recurrency training for aircrew and engineers. The medical aspect ranges from regulatory training to essential skilled tasks, such as, hoist, mountain and water rescue environments, as well as advanced aero-medical training. Other training would be IT, induction and safety, etc.
